Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products between the company Abstract (hereinafter "the Seller") and any consumer (hereinafter "the Client") via the website www.abstract-store.com.

2. Products

The products offered are those described on the website. Abstract strives to present the essential characteristics as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may exist between the photo and the actual product, especially for custom or limited edition items.

3. Orders

Placing an order implies acceptance of the prices, products, and T&Cs. After confirming the order, the Client will receive a confirmation email. Abstract reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a prior dispute.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and mobile payment.
For cryptocurrency payments, the Client must provide the transaction hash (TXID) before the order is fully validated.

5. Shipping, Customs & Taxes

Products are shipped after payment is received. The Client must provide full contact details (full name, address, phone number, email) for shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

• France: 3 to 7 business days

• Europe: 5 to 10 business days

• International: 7 to 15 business days

Abstract is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customs duties and international taxes:
For all orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes (VAT, handling fees, etc.) may be required upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total price or shipping fees shown on the site.

We recommend checking with your local customs authorities for applicable fees.
By confirming your order, you agree to cover any import-related charges.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

⚠️ Custom or limited edition items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Returns & Refunds

Any return must be reported by email to: contact@abstract-store.com
Returned products must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

8. Warranty & Liability

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Abstract cannot be held responsible for normal wear and tear, poor maintenance, or misuse.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is collected to process orders. The Client has the right to access, modify, or delete their data (see Privacy Policy).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, visuals, logo, creations) is the exclusive property of Abstract. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action.
